Who are we?

HR123 has been created by Willerby Hill and its partners to give small companies access to no-nonsense, straight forward online advice and guidance on employment law and management topics

Why have we done it?

Running a small company can be more demanding than running a big one.  Often you are the only manager and need to have instant access to best practice employment law advice and management tips without having to spend hours trawling the internet to find an answer you can actually understand

Who is it for?

Anyone who runs a small business or is a manager or supervisor can benefit from HR123, its written in plain English with common sense flow charts giving you step by step instructions on how to handle common employment problems and issues supported by all the documents you need to stay within the law.

What’s on the site?

In the site we have covered the main day-to-day issues that crop up in employment law and management advice that you could need.  We haven’t over loaded it with case law, lengthy discussion on the fine points of the law, but have stuck to telling you what you need to know, what you need to do and how to do it.

Within each of the topics we’ve broken them down further into bite size chunks so you can tackle things one step at a time

24/7 access to your HR docs anywhere in the world

On the site you don’t have to download letters or copy and paste them from one type of file to another and mess around with file types.  You have your own secure folder on the site where you can easily save your documents, edit them online, print them or even upload files from your home or office so all your HR files are safe in one place – you can even access it on your phone if you have an internet connection.

The best of the web in one place

We have taken the best advice from ACAS, the CIPD, Direct.gov, Business Link and our own experience and knowledge and presented it to you in easy to follow, simple steps that show you what the law says, how to handle a problem, gives you a process to follow and all the documents / tips you need to do it.

What are we working on?

We are currently investing in creating mobile apps for the android and iphone handsets, will be launching a health and safety module and adding greater functionality to the site to make your life even easier – watch this space

Small fee BIG information

Most of the information on HR123 is free, but we do place a small monthly subscription to access letters, flow charts, discussions and the document areas.  The subscription pays for the daily updating and running of the site, developing new features and building new modules.

Like everything else we’ve kept this simple too
