We supported Lockings Solicitors for over 12 months with Contracted HR Support for their branch network across Hull and East Yorkshire. this included policy design and development, day-to-day advice on handling HR matters, enhancing internal communication, developing better employee relations and leading the business through a complex restructuring process. More recently we have worked with Lockings on the development of HR123 a service specifically designed to give easy to understand, affordable employment law advice to SME's.

Ingrams Solicitors

Willerby Hill partnered with Ingrams Solicitors in 2009 to support the Ingrams Protect product. Ingrams Protect is a service for SME's across Yorkshire to gain access to independent HR and Employment Law advice for a low annual premium. We have worked with a large number of organisations as a sole provider to Ingrams Solicitors providing advice and guidance on a whole range of employment law issues including, redundancy, restructures, TUPE, disciplinaries and grievances. By working along side a legal provider we offer complimentary advice presented in a straight forward and down to earth way so that customers have the reassurance of getting the best information in a useable format.

Discover Leisure PLC

We have worked with Discover Leisure for the past 5 years and have provided a range of HR related services to the organisation and their regional branches including Employment Law advice, Organisation Design, Personality Profiling for the senior team, designing and running a unique Development Centre and Developing Training Courses in Customer Services.

Student Pad

This organisation specialises in the provision of e-services to Universities and other public sector organisations. We have provided support to the business by supporting the MD to develop a more productive organisational structure, advising on employment law matters and assisting with the accurate selection of a senior Manager.

Hull City Build

Provided Hull City Build with contracted HR Support for 6 months to cover the absence of the HR Manager and undertook a full review of the team through personality profiling, to establish development objectives for all members of the organisation ahead of their annual appraisal and enable the new Chief Executive to gain an insight in to the team.
