Working with our business partner EMIC Training, we designed and delivered a series of highly successful development centres to support a significant change programme - helping the business to realign its team to its new commercial strategy. The development centres were designed to help identify the training needs of a group of Change Champions, over 40 managers and the Executive Team.

Red Sea Gateway Terminal (Saudi Arabia)

Willerby Hill along with its Middle East business partner, EMIC, were asked to establish a complete HR system for a brand new deep water terminal based in Jeddah (KSA). Working on site whilst the $540m port was being constructed, over 6 months we created the entire HR infrastructure to support the recruitment and training of a new HR Team that would join as the port neared completion. The work included a full cycle approach leading to the creation of a comprehensive organisation structure, manpower, job design, reward system, recruitment process, HR policy development, operational HR processes and all relevant documentation. This culminated in a series of short coaching sessions with the new HR Team to embed what had been designed.
