Working with our Middle East partner EMIC we were asked to design and deliver a structured assessment centre to support the recruitment of their annual graduate intake. Working with the managers of the business and the existing HR Team we designed and delivered a unique annual event for three years that saw over 300 candidates assessed against a range of tools that had been mapped to meet the customers competency framework. Each annual assessment took place in one day and saw candidates undertake a range of different assessed activities designed to measure each candidates analytical, interpersonal, presentation, communication and planning skills.
Many of the assessments were bespoke to the business and reflected their working practices and the required internal behaviours.
