Edwards and Pearce Recruitment

We have worked with Edwards and Pearce for the past 5 years and have provided a range of services to themselves and their customers. Internally this has included undertaking personality profiling for all of their Consultants and providing 1-2-1 feedback to identify development goals to improve their performance, coaching senior members of the team and providing them with profiling support for new hires.

For their customers this has included administering and providing written feedback on candidates that are being presented to customers to allow them to make a more informed choice.  This is normally delivered by way of a written report that is tailored to the job specification or customers competency framework.
