We supported Lockings Solicitors for over 12 months with Contracted HR Support for their branch network across Hull and East Yorkshire.  this included policy design and development, day-to-day advice on handling HR matters, enhancing internal communication, developing better employee relations and leading the business through a complex restructuring process.

More recently we have worked with Lockings on the development of  HR123 a service specifically designed to give easy to understand, affordable employment law advice to SME’s.
