BBK Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (Bahrain)
Working with our Middle East partner EMIC we were asked to design and deliver a structured assessment centre to support the recruitment of their annual graduate intake. Working with the managers of the business and the existing HR Team we designed and delivered a unique annual event for three years that saw over 300 candidates assessed against a range of tools that had been mapped to meet the customers competency framework. Each annual assessment took place in one day and saw candidates undertake a range of different assessed activities designed to measure each candidates analytical, interpersonal, presentation, communication and planning skills. Many of the assessments were bespoke to the business and reflected their working practices and the required internal behaviours.Quality Solicitors – Lockings
We supported Lockings Solicitors for over 12 months with Contracted HR Support for their branch network across Hull and East Yorkshire. this included policy design and development, day-to-day advice on handling HR matters, enhancing internal communication, developing better employee relations and leading the business through a complex restructuring process. More recently we have worked with Lockings on the development of HR123 a service specifically designed to give easy to understand, affordable employment law advice to SME's.Employment Law Customers

Willerby Hill partnered with Ingrams Solicitors in 2009 to support the Ingrams Protect product. Ingrams Protect is a service for SME's across Yorkshire to gain access to independent HR and Employment Law advice for a low annual premium. We have worked with a large number of organisations as a sole provider to Ingrams Solicitors providing advice and guidance on a whole range of employment law issues including, redundancy, restructures, TUPE, disciplinaries and grievances. By working along side a legal provider we offer complimentary advice presented in a straight forward and down to earth way so that customers have the reassurance of getting the best information in a useable format.Economic Zones World – Jafza (Dubai)
Working with our Middle East partner EMIC we were asked to design a substantial four day corporate induction programme for visitors and staff going to Jafza in Dubai. Economic Zones World is a leading provider special economic zones and maritime logistics facilities around the world. Its flagship is Jafza. Jafza is today home to about 6400 companies from 120 countries across the world and is the leading driver of the growing UAE economy. Following a period of investigation we created a comprehensive 4 day induction programme for the business to educate customers from around the globe as to EZW's history, operating philosophy, functional structure, key personnel, customs operations and the structure of free zones. This culminated in a physical site tour to bring the theory to life.Rilwood Associates
Working through the Leadership and Management Fund we have worked with Rilwood Associates for the past 3 years providing services to the business and their customers. This has included developing their team of consultants through profiling their behaviours and identifying development goals as well as providing personality profiling services to their customers when placing candidates for roles. The internal work was completed by profiling a whole range of consultants in the organisation to identify those behaviours that were more likely to indicate better sales performance. Individuals were then compared against this model to spot areas for development. This led to a series of 1-2-1 feedback sessions with each consultant to agree their development goals.Red Sea Gateway Terminal (Saudi Arabia)
Willerby Hill along with its Middle East business partner, EMIC, were asked to establish a complete HR system for a brand new deep water terminal based in Jeddah (KSA). Working on site whilst the $540m port was being constructed, over 6 months we created the entire HR infrastructure to support the recruitment and training of a new HR Team that would join as the port neared completion. The work included a full cycle approach leading to the creation of a comprehensive organisation structure, manpower, job design, reward system, recruitment process, HR policy development, operational HR processes and all relevant documentation. This culminated in a series of short coaching sessions with the new HR Team to embed what had been designed.Greencore Group
Greencore Group is an international producer of convenience foods. Working with their Hull site we designed a series of bespoke training courses to support the Supervisory Team in the business. This included writing and delivering a number of bespoke half day workshops that reflected the working reality of the site in Hull. The courses included educating the Supervisors on the changes in the Equality Act 2010, undertaking MBTI profiling and giving feedback for the Supervisory function and delivering a series of programmes on effectively managing projects.Glass Qualifications Authority
We worked with GQA in 2010 after being asked to support them with developing their internal communication. This small team had gone through a number of recent personnel changes and communication in the business had become fractured. In addition to this the business was going through a period of change with how its qualifications could be accessed in the market place, presenting both an opportunity and a threat. Through a review of development goals we designed a bespoke 2 day training event in partnership with Log Heights at Ripley Castle. The event combined an interactive strategic planning day and a team building/communication day using the exceptional facilities provided by Log Heights.Edwards and Pearce Recruitment
We have worked with Edwards and Pearce for the past 5 years and have provided a range of services to themselves and their customers. Internally this has included undertaking personality profiling for all of their Consultants and providing 1-2-1 feedback to identify development goals to improve their performance, coaching senior members of the team and providing them with profiling support for new hires. For their customers this has included administering and providing written feedback on candidates that are being presented to customers to allow them to make a more informed choice. This is normally delivered by way of a written report that is tailored to the job specification or customers competency framework.Discover Leisure PLC

UKAEA is a world leading fusion research facility based near Oxford. Each year they recruit a number of fresh graduates onto their Graduate Development Programme. For the past 4 years Willerby Hill has delivered personality profiling assessments for the new graduates, given each 1-2-1 feedback of their preferred behaviour and identified potential development goals. This has been completed by mapping the OPQ32 questionnaire to the organisations own competency framework so that all feedback is meaningful to the graduate and links in to their existing review structure.12
