We love training, and we love training HR people too. Outside of the CIPD finding good courses for HR professionals can be difficult and that’s why we write and deliver a range of bespoke programmes specifically for the HR sector.
Courses vary in length and range of informal workshops where current practices are reviewed and critiqued to masterclasses in specific topics.
Whatever the programme, our belief stays the same, deliver training that has a long lasting impact – how do we do it? Simply put we, examine the organisations need, develop a programme to meet it and work with the delegates to create solutions that can then be implemented in the business after the training has finished.
Then we come back and see what’s worked, what might need changing or simply just to encourage the team with what they have achieved.
