For the past 5 years we have provided mentoring services to owners and managers in SME organisations across Yorkshire. Our goal is simple, to help you to improve the way you structure, manage, recognise and lead the people who are vital to making your business successful.
Mentoring is entirely flexible and driven by the mentee who sets the agenda, agrees the goals and defines the scope of the mentor. The mentors role is to challenge, guide, inform and motivate the mentee to develop their skills through doing.
