Saville Wave

This is the new kid on the block, developed from the core thinking behind OPQ it breaks personality down further and measures a persons motivation to do something and their talent for doing it.  There a wide array of reports available and the questionnaire can be delivered on-line or face-to-face.

MBTI

This is one of the oldest tools for assessing behaviour, based on on the work of Carl Jung it breaks personality down into one of 16 types, which can then be used for individual or team development activities.
