About Me

Andrew is a highly regarded international leadership trainer and consultant with a background in developing bespoke management programmes, creating strategic direction and aligning teams to business goals.  Andrew has a wealth of experience in developing managers in soft skills including team leading, motivation, strategic planning, communication, assertiveness and coaching.  With a background in the British Army, Andrew has a down to earth and pragmatic approach that is based on the experiential learning model – learning by doing not just talking about it, so all of his sessions are highly engaging and focused on delivering a result back to the business.  Andrew is a Director of EMIC Training Bahrain.
