About Me
I founded Willerby Hill in 2005, after spending 10 years in the automotive and banking sectors in HR. Whilst as a senior HR person the role offered challenges i wanted to take what i had learned and experienced in my career and apply it to the SME sector where good, practical and down to earth HR advice seemed to be wanting. Since then i haven’t looked back. We’ve built a network of really good and trusted associates around us, worked with lots of SME’s in the UK and been growing in the Middle East, mainly doing work for much larger organisations.
