Equality Act 2010

equality actThe Equality Act of 2010 adds a number of new dimensions to the responsibilities of an employer, manager and employee.

Specifically it has widened the scope of how discrimination and in-equality can occur in the workplace, making seemingly unrelated work events now admissible as possible claims for discrimination.
